Blood oxygen: When continuous blood oxygen detection is switched on for the whole day, the test is performed every 10 minutes when at rest.*Heart rate: If smart monitoring is switched on, the frequency of monitoring is automatically increased to 1 minute every time activity is detected.*Sleep: For sleep tracking, REM rapid eye movement monitoring must be switched on in the app or Xiaomi Smart Band 8 for high-precision sleep tracking. Periods of sleep less than 20 minutes in length may not be recorded.
