Horrible! They sent me a faulty product and now they are asking me to return/mail the product back to them at my own cost for them to decide if the product is faulty or not. I have never seen such shitty customer service, and I will not recommend anyone ordering online from Xiaomi and do not plan to ever order from them again. Disappointing product and customer service!

The policy clearly states that a claim cannot be approved without the original box and accessories. However, if you can still arrange and send the original box and accessories, you can receive a replacement if your claim is correct and approved.
