Which locations do you deliver to?

We are offering Delivery in almost all cities in Pakistan.

What are your delivery times?

Packages are delivered between 09:00 -19:00 from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday and on public holidays.

How long would it take for me to receive my order?

We would make every effort to deliver your order within 1-3 business days.

Please note that Xiaomi Store is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable; incorrectly addressed orders; weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. All orders of Rs. 1500 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 200 is applied on orders below.

Is it necessary for me to provide identification when I receive the package?

No, it isn’t, though the authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.

What should I do when I receive my delivery?

All Xiaomi Store packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you. Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit.

We request you not to sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier and we will replace the items for you within a few days. Please make a video while opening the package and if you find that the product in the box is tampered with or missing, please contact Xiaomi Store Customer Service at 03 111 XIAOMI (942664) within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Can I modify my delivery address?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made, will be refunded to you as per refund terms and conditions.

What can I do if the package was delivered to the wrong person?

Please contact our delivery partners or Xiaomi Store customer service to get help on such issues.

Who is your delivery partner?

We partner with TCS, M&P, PostEx, Daewoo FastEx, TPL Rider and Swyft Logistics for local delivery in Pakistan.

How can I track my order and contact the courier if I have a complaint or enquiries?

You can track your order details on xiaomistore.pk or directly through our delivery partners’ websites using your tracking number.
