Received in good packing. The product itself is 5-star but the reason for 1-star less is the following: 1. The product is of Chinese mainland so in Mi app, you have to select China Mainland otherwise it won`t appear in the app as this is region locked. 2. The filter inside is Green color (Formaldehyde variant) which I suppose comes in Chinese mainland variant again. I would have preferred HEPA filter (Gray color) as that deals with odors better. 3. Filters are out of stock everywhere.
